With the starter kit, you will be empowered to build the website you need, yourself. Here's how it works in 5 steps...

1. Discovery workshop

In this 1.5-hour workshop, we’ll dive into your website needs and map out the essentials:

  • Understanding your goals: We’ll discuss what you want from your website and which pages you’ll need (up to 3, with the option to add more).
  • Detailed page mapping: We’ll sketch out each page’s structure, so you’ll know exactly what goes where.
  • Brand kit decision: We’ll determine if a brand kit is the right addition for you.

1b. Brand starter kit (optional)

If you don't have a brand, or if you need a simple re-fresh, our brand starter kit gives your site a strong visual identity:

  • Basic brand foundation workshop: We’ll walk through your brand’s core elements to get a clear direction.
  • Brand design essentials: You’ll get a basic logo, colour palette, font choices, and image treatment—all designed to reflect your unique style.
  • Feedback round: You’ll have one round of feedback to make sure it’s just right.

2. Styling components

This is where we make sure everything looks cohesive and tailored to you:

  • Add your brand’s look: We’ll apply your colours and fonts to all website components.
  • Ready-to-use components: Every agreed component will be styled and ready for you to use on your pages.
  • Navigation & footer setup: We’ll set up the navigation and footer for the pages we mapped out together.

3. Handover and training

You’re ready to take the reins! Here’s what you’ll get:

  • Access to your site: We’ll hand over the site so you can start adding content and building your pages.
  • Training session: A 1-hour session to walk you through everything you need to know to build the site.
  • Check-in support: Two 30-minute sessions for any questions or guidance throughout the build process.

4. Review, finalise, and publish

The final touch to make sure your site is ready for launch:

  • Navigation links: We’ll ensure all links in the navigation are in place.
  • Functionality & content check: A thorough review to make sure everything works as expected.
  • SEO & accessibility: We’ll cover basic SEO and accessibility checks.
  • Publish: Once everything is ready, we’ll help you publish your site so it’s live!

5. Ongoing support & future growth (optional)

Third-party costs

While our package covers design, setup, and guidance, there are a few additional third-party costs to be aware of:

  • Webflow hosting: Webflow requires a monthly or annual hosting plan to keep your site live and give you access to update and maintain the site. This costs around £300/year with discounts available for charities.
  • Custom domain: You’ll need a custom domain (e.g., yourbrand.com), which usually costs about £10-£20 per year through a domain provider.
  • Additional integrations: Depending on your needs, you might want to add third-party tools (like email marketing or analytics), which could have their own associated costs.

These costs keep your website secure and performing well. We’ll guide you on selecting the right options to keep everything budget-friendly and effective.
